Hi, I'm Brooke!

I’m so glad you’re here!

Whether you were referred by someone who loves my work or found me while searching for the right kind of support, I’m grateful for the chance to share my story with you. At the heart of my business is a simple mission: to bring clarity, structure, and ease to the homes and lives of busy, high-achieving individuals and families. I’ve always been someone who notices the little things: the missing system, the inefficient workflow, the detail that could make someone’s day easier. That instinct has guided every chapter of my career and ultimately led me to the work I do today.

Where It All Began

I grew up just outside Atlanta, and like many people in hospitality, my career started at a restaurant host stand, at The Flying Biscuit, still one of my favorites. What I didn’t know then was that I was learning the foundation of something I’d carry forever: anticipating needs, managing competing priorities, and creating a warm, seamless guest experience.

After studying at the University of South Carolina (Go Gamecocks!), I returned to Atlanta and began working as a legal administrative assistant at one of the city’s top law firms. There, I learned precision, confidentiality, and how to manage complex, time-sensitive tasks — skills I rely on daily as a household manager and executive personal assistant.

A Career Built on Service, Strategy, and Structure

When the pandemic reshaped the world, I moved to Minneapolis to attend law school. During that chapter, two things became clear:

  1. I am deeply driven by structure, logic, and problem-solving.

  2. I’m equally driven by people — by service, connection, and making someone’s life easier.

While studying, I worked in luxury hospitality at a five-star hotel in downtown Minneapolis. That job changed everything for me. I discovered how much I loved providing personalized, high-touch support — the kind that quietly elevates someone's entire experience.

This intersection of hospitality, organization, and high-level support set the foundation for my next role: Big Four consulting. There, I refined my abilities in client service, project management, and navigating high-pressure environments where accuracy and professionalism are non-negotiable.

What I ultimately realized?
My strongest value comes from blending all of these worlds:
the precision of legal work, the structure of consulting, and the heart of luxury hospitality.

Building a Life — and a Business — in Charlotte

In 2023, my boyfriend and I (plus our beagle Joey and three very opinionated cats) moved to Charlotte, North Carolina. We instantly fell in love with this city. Charlotte has a rhythm — a mix of ambition, warmth, and connection — that feels like home.

Here, I built Brooke Powell Household Management out of the belief that people deserve support that is both highly professional and deeply personalized. Today, I help individuals and families create homes that run smoothly and intentionally through fractional household management and executive personal assistant services.

Beyond Work: What Grounds Me

When I’m not supporting my clients, you’ll almost always find me:

  • in the kitchen testing new recipes (for the cookbook I swear I'll write one day)

  • rolling grape leaves — a tradition inspired by my solo trip to Lebanon for my 25th birthday

  • reading, sewing, gardening, doing yoga, strength training, or playing disc golf

  • learning something new

  • dreaming up my next travel adventure

I believe that a life of balance, curiosity, and intentional design is something everyone deserves — and I bring that philosophy into the homes I support.

Why This Work Fits Me Perfectly

Fractional household management is the exact blend of everything I’ve built my career around: complexity, organization, service, problem-solving, and genuine care.

I create systems, manage vendors, coordinate logistics, handle personal and household administration, and ensure that every detail of your home is anticipated and supported. My clients trust me because I operate with discretion, professionalism, and a sincere desire to help people feel more at ease in their own lives.

In many ways, this business is the truest expression of who I am:

someone who brings order to chaos, structure to busy lives, and peace to the everyday.

I’m honored to do this work — and I’d be honored to support your home.
